At the start of class we had to go over rules Because of our bad behavior yesterday. and we were told that we had to contribute making a clay bowl for the Souper bowl supper. Right now we are working on making coils Ariana debaker, Adam gedion,James bradford,Matt Johnson, and latonya whitburn are helping make coils we even got 18 positives for volunteering to make coils we definitely didn’t start class the best but we ended very very well.

Today a group of students from the Youth Advisory Council came to Richardson elementary school. The Youth Advisory Council is a county wide group that raises money for grants and helps the community. The art class there taught by Jamie Merdzinski is preparing for the Souper bowl supper. Which is a fund raiser held to raise money for the homeless shelter. This supper will be held in the Oscoda High School commons area from 5-7pm on Feb. 28. They are hoping to raise 3,000 dollars to help the homeless this year. The students have been making both posters and clay bowls to support the event. Working with the students was fun and a good experience. YAC is fun and helpful group of teenagers.we are making change happen.so if you want to feel what it’s like to help out and make change happen.then come and help make change happen!
